Code of Conduct 1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you bring your own personal equipment to all sessions. 2.
Ensure that your equipment are kept in good condition. 3. Every effort must be made to attend meetings but if you cannot
attend a meeting, it is your responsibility to contact the club. 4. Members must keep all dues & fees current. 5.
Members must trust and guide everyone to accept responsibility for their own behaviour and performance. 6. Members must
ensure that the activities that they direct or advocate are appropriate for the age, maturity, experience and ability of paticipants 7.
Members must always promote the positive aspects of the sport and never condone violations of the laws of the game, behaviour
contrary to the spirit of the laws or relevant rules and regulations or the use of prohibited substances or techniques. 8.
Members must consistently display high standards of behaviour GENERAL · You should accept losing without undue disappointment. ·
Never question the Official decisions. · You have a responsibility to encourage members to play by the rules. ·MEMBERS
WHO FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE PROCEDURES WILL BE DEALT WITH APPROPRIATELY. IF YOU CANNOT ABIDE BY THIS CODE OF CONDUCT,
THEN WE WOULD ASK YOU NOT TO PARTICIPATE. SO MUCH GOOD WORK CAN BE UNDONE BY ONE UNSAVOURY INCIDENT. BE RESPONSIBLE. OBEY
THE CODE AND ALLOW EVERYONE TO ENJOY THE CLUB. The Club regards their relationship with the members highly and we would
like to maintain a good link. Communication is important - we would like you to feel that you can contact us with any matter,
